Another brilliant design and successful partnership with Ana Williamson Architect turned this near tear-down into a great success for its owners, and a stunning contemporary addition to Menlo Park. Modern styling and fine details make this modest sized house work hard for the growing family, and the abundance of environmentally-conscious choices — including bamboo flooring, Ecowood cabinets, Caesarstone counters, a tankless water heater and super high-efficiency HVAC system — not only make this house “green”, but comfortable as well.

We chose Mediterraneo because we wanted a forward-thinking builder; one that would bring us new ideas but also incorporate our vision. They are very collaborative and they worked really well with the architect we had chosen. We noticed that between them, they caught potential issues before they became problems.
