Modern Ranch

Designed by Hubbard Godfrey Architects in San Francisco, this project is a shining example of Mediterraneo’s deep understanding of the design process. With our design and build background, we were able to help the homeowners navigate the difficult challenges of turning a common single story ranch home into a contemporary farm house. A master suite, including sitting room and accordion style patio doors, was created when adding the second story. The house was taken down to the studs and completely restyled in the process. With two young children and a dog, the family needed a durable house while maintaining a high sense of style and finish.
